VME has concentrated much effort in moulding lines for box and boxless boxes in resin sand. The customer has a choice of versions; pivoting, multisand articulated and articulated with screw. Features such as the “fold-out” opening of the mixer tank, the self cleaning system by means of inhibitor, the homogenisation of the first sand using a timed gate, the continuous recycling of the binders and PLC controlled multiprogramming of the capacity by means of pumps coupled to DC motors all go to guarantee the perfect mixing of the sand and chemical-binders.

To ensure good moulding results it is essential that the sand is well compacted and it is for this reason that has taken particular care in the design and realisation of the compaction tables. The most special feature is undoubtedly the possibility of regulating the frequency of the two electric vibrators, by means of a control inverter, positioned on the electrical panel itself. has developed various models to meet the specific needs of the customer and they range from a minimum working capacity of 2000 Kg, to a maximum of 10,000 kg.

VME has developed a machine which rollover and shakes out boxes and boxless of various dimensions with excellent results. The machine which has a totally hydraulic function, permits the entry of the plate one a motorized roller surface, the blocking of the plate itself, the lifting for the roller surface and subsequent roll-over, vibration with simultaneous shaking out of the model, the e xit of the box boxless and the exit of the pattern plate.
The 4 guide columns ensure the perfect execution of the vertical movements and consequent excellent shakeout.
VME has developed a machine with the capacity for lifting, handling, roll-over and coupling the previously moulding boxless. A hydraulic station positioned on the machine itself. It is possible to undertake movements such as the opening/closure of the mechanical arms (with electronic pressure control), boxless roll-over etc. all controlled from a special control panel. The manipulator may be supplied with a hoist for boxless lifting and with an adequate supporting structure.
